Can two learners use MyChild's learning portal at the same time?
No. MyChild individually allows only one learner at a time to maintain one to one basis tutoring
Can I share my MyChild tutoring platform subscription with my friend?
In the event we get to know that any User has resold / transferred / shared Subscription with another person, then MyChild retains the right to cancel/terminate the Subscription forthwith.
How many subjects are being tutored?
MyChild Tutoring Portal offers all the subjects separately.
Is there any time fixed for the learning?
MyChild offers an anytime and anywhere facility which means learners may sign in and study the chapters and leave the answers and queries for analytics by the faculty at their convenience in 24 hours.
Can MyChild cancel a subscription?
Once you subscribe and make the required payment, it shall be final and there cannot
be any changes or modifications to the same, and neither will there be any refund.
How many batches can I join in the MyChild tutoring platform?
No, the learner can enroll independently as many subjects he is interested and he will have an individual subject teacher for the subject he has opted for/ purchased.
Can MyChild refund the money?
If the learner will enrol in MyChild Tutoring Portal, and if you choose the part-payment option (Quarterly/ Half Yearly), you can get a refund if you have paid Half Yearly and do not wish to continue after you have finished with your Quarterly studies. The next Quarter payment if any may be allowed for refund after discussion with the learner.
Can I pay monthly?
MyChild Tutoring Portal offers Quarterly/ Half Yearly/ Annual subscriptions for each subject.
The learner can opt for any of the same for the Tutoring Portal.
Can we record the videos using screen casting, video camera, pen tablet, mobile camera or other means and use that for uploading?
No, that is not allowed.
